TERMS OF SERVICE
Conditions governing the utilization of the BetterBLOX platform.
1. Definitions & Interpretation
For the purposes of this agreement:
- Company refers to BetterBLOX ("We", "Us", "Our").
- Service refers to the browser extension and associated web infrastructure.
- User refers to the individual accessing the Service.
2. Agreement Acknowledgment
Access to the Service is conditional upon acceptance of these Terms. By utilizing the Service, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
Compliance Note: Users must also adhere to Roblox Corporation's Terms of Service while using this extension.
3. Operational Scope
BetterBLOX is an independent software utility. You acknowledge that:
- We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
- The extension interacts strictly with public APIs and does not modify game memory.
- Functionality is subject to change based on third-party platform updates.
4. Termination Protocol
We reserve the right to terminate access to support services without notice for users found violating these Terms or engaging in malicious activity against the infrastructure.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS". BetterBLOX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
